Birds of Prey Species: Diverse and Fascinating Hunters

The world of birds of prey, also known as raptors, is a fascinating one. With over 200 species of Falconiformes, 150 species of Strigiformes, and 30+ species of Vulture, these birds have evolved to become some of the most skilled and effective hunters in the animal kingdom.
